Home-freezing requires time to freeze the food. The amount of time depends on the quality of the freezer, its fullness and even the time of year. During this freezing process, the food’s cell membranes break down, leading to a loss of nutritional value.
Fresh Frost freezes its products with a super-shocking technology at -40 degrees Celsius. This technique preserves the cell membranes, therefore preserving the food’s vitamins and minerals, as well as preventing odors.
